as administrative assistant to the Vice President with responsibility for overseeing
the office, production and shipping for this facility.
Supervise a group of 3 at this $5+million facility serving customers in the
Northeastern United States and Canada.
Given additional responsibilities due to downsizing at the facility to position
where workload was previously handled by 3 employees.
Assume responsibility for the facility in the Vice President’s absence, train new
employees on operations, and serve   as a liaison to corporate headquarters in Kansas
on all issues including issues involving clients, shipments and stock levels.
Manage customer service including processing customer orders, responding to
customer questions, and assisting architects by providing product specifications,
MSDS sheets and information regarding guidelines.
Utilize Fourth Shift Manufacturing Software for production and supervise
shipping, including processing shipments to trucking companies.

Receptionist/Office Manager
Managed all patient charts and scheduled appointments for this private practice
pediatrician’s office. Answered patient calls, relayed doctor’s instructions to patients,

phoned in prescriptions to pharmacies.
